Jacob has worked in Industrial Maintenance since 2017. He has an associates degree in advanced manufacturing, as well as certifications in FANUC robotics, and RJG plastic injection processing. Jacob has worked in plastic injection molding 6+ years as a maintenance technician and an automation technician. When Jacob isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and working on the farm.

Joseph has worked in Industrial Maintenance since 2008. In 2009 he joined the Kentucky Air National Guard (USAF) as an Aerospace Maintenance Technician. Joseph has 10+ years working in Plastic Injection Molding, serving as a
Maintenance Manager and in Multi-Site Project Management. He has degrees in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, and Aerospace Maintenance. When Joseph isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
